Under HARHC project, PHALS team distributed 39 device to Persons with Disabilities. Among them 26 in Whykong Union (Wheel Chair-17, Walking Stick-5, Hearing Aid-3, Crutches-1) and 13 in Palongkhali Union (Wheel Chair-3, Walking Stick-4, Hearing Aid-4, Crutches-1, White Cane-1).
