Students/ more are getting opportunity for quality education by the congenial environment and pedagogy of PHALS Teachers. Students feels nice and very much interested to come school for education.
Objective: To decrease the dropout rate up to reasonable percentage as far as primary education is concern. Main target group is vulnerable poor children.
Success : 250 numbers of poor students are getting free primary education facilities and about 35 numbers of poor students are getting opportunity to enroll secondary school in each year. At present many students completed
primary level and studying in different high schools of Cox’s Bazar since 2000. Some of students now become a teacher of this school side by side continuing theirhigher education usually.
